Franklin Alfred is the Chief Morale Officer at 4305 design. This furry bundle of good-boi has been spreading happiness since 2018 with his infectious smile and happy tail. He has a sharp nose for interesting smells and a keen ear for rustling leaves, making him an expert at finding new opportunities and potential distractions. But Franklin's true talent lies in his time management skills. He reminds us when it's time to take a break and recharge, and he knows just what we need to stay productive and focused, whether it's a game of fetch or a relaxing nap. When he's not busy managing our time, Franklin loves spending time with his favorite Auntie, who takes care of him when we're away..
Preferred consultants
At 4305 Design, we have a suite of preferred consultants and builders that we work closely with across a range of projects and regions. We prefer to work with local people that we know and trust, as this allows us to ensure the level of quality and expertise we expect from each other. With established business relationships, we are often able to obtain early advice and negotiate beneficial service agreements because of our shared history.
We engage our consultants at the concept stage to assist in getting the most cost-effective and maximum result for the client's project.
Our consultants are engaged for their expertise, so it makes sense to provide them with the opportunity to apply that expertise early on in the project. They have earned the right to have input, and we respect their advice.

Pro Bono
By leveraging our expertise and resources, 4305 Design strives to make a positive impact on society and contribute to a better world. Our goal is to complete at least one pro-bono project per year, supporting a cause we believe in. Past projects include providing design and approval application assistance to the Native Plants Queensland Gold Coast branch's community native nursery (now operating at Nerang Country Paradise Parklands), offering flood and overland flow resilience improvement advice for 2022, consulting on the 2021 hail storm recovery efforts for Springfield and Rosewood residents, and providing assistance with bushfire rebuild designs in 2019-20.
Volunteer / Mentoring
We remember the people who took time to show kindness and respect, and stopped to help us on our journey to where we are today. Without their help and advice, we would not have made it to this point in time.
Mentoring is a way to give back to the community and make a positive difference in the lives of others. By sharing our time, knowledge, and expertise, we can help others achieve their goals and reach their full potential. It can be a highly rewarding experience, both personally and professionally, for both the mentor and mentee.
Mentoring also contributes to broader social impact by helping to build stronger, more resilient communities. By investing in the next generation of leaders and professionals, we can help to create a more equitable and prosperous society.
