The specifications form the basis of your Scope of Works for the construction contract.

It is a list of every single finish, fixture, appliance, fitting and choice to be made for the final delivered package. The designer will make recommendations for the entire suite of decisions to be made based on your budget and the information you have provided to date, and then work through the list with you to align it to your preferences.

We then design each space and provide specific detail in the drawings to enable the construction team to install everything correctly. Having a tight specifications document reduces the risk of variations in the building contract.
